🎾 Fiat Ducato 2.8 Jtd Temperature Sensor Location
Its the 8140.43 engine and the kit i purchased from ebay was listed as for the 2.8D 200 onwards 230,244 chassis. Belt was 30mm with 152 teeth and came with white markers on the belt to line up with the crank and cam timing marks so was easy enough. Kit also included tensioner pully and idler pully and was £45.00.
Have a Ducato 2,8 jtd 02 with Dethleff motorhome. When driving, speedometer suddenly stopped working and motorlamp on. Workshop replaced speedsensor but no response. Got speedometer wiring diagram and found that fuse F11 12v going to speed sensor K084 was blown. The wire connects also to E5030 and E5050.
With the 1.9TD engine that I think you have, the immobilizer will be fitted to the injection pump. This type of immobiliser can be removed, with the stop soleniod then being connected directly to the ignition switch. 5. The fuses that are mounted on the inner wing may be part of the motorhome conversion.
If so, the reverse switch is ok. You will need to find where the extra lights are tapped in to, most likely at the o/e reverse lights or rear loom. There will probably be an aftermarket fuse and possibly relay as well. They may be supplied from your house battery, check for extra fuses here. F.
Location. HASTINGS. Sep 3, 2009. #12. Well what a dissapointment , today van went in again for vibration and the mechanic agreed that there is a problem and "thinks" its the nearside driveshaft so this being the fourth garage and still not had it cured, so far its cost £132 for people looking at it.
Feb 5, 2011. #2. P0191 = Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. Incorrect fuel pressure or an incorrect pressure signal to the engine management ECU could cause various problems, so if that's the fault you're getting, I'd be inclined to start there.

The details are as follows. The range of chassis numbers is from 7443608 to 7545710. For the pair of washers, the Fiat part number is 0010523401, they are fitted to the machine screws under the cam sensor bracket. The sensor then needs adjusting so it is 0.8-1.5mm from the pulley face. The washers cost £3-20p, and tbh the fitting of them would
A bit of a long story but I'll try and give all the relevant facts (firstly an admission it's a Boxer not a Ducato but I'm hoping for the purpose of my question it doesn't matter) A motorhome 2005 2.8 jtd (hdi)that I've had for 5 years with no problems recently broke down twice.
The replacement common rail 2,8 JTD (Iveco 8140.43S) was introduced in 2000, and fitted until 2006. The most obvious recognition feature of the 2.8 JTD is the two 6cm OD air hoses running to and from the intercooler, behind the top of the radiator.
William, Not sure if this is relevant to all boxes, but have heard that the best way to fill the 2.0 gearbox is through the reversing light switch on the top of the box. On the Boxer version it has a filler/level plug at the rear of the box just above the speedo sensor. I would advise caution when filling the box as if the fiat version does not
#1 This is more for information. Been doing some testing of my coolant temp sensor. They are located near the thermostat housing. You need to remove heaps of pipes to see this properly. Here is a pic of the Temp sensor and Temp sender for those interested. The temp Sender is brown and this connects to the the dash temp gauge.
9. Points. 6. Apr 15, 2011. #1. Hi All. I need to change the Clutch Master Cylinder (Pump) on my Fiat Ducato as it is leaking fluid, can the clutch fluid be drained and replaced without affecting the brake fluid /hydraulics. I assume the Clutch and Brake Hydraulic systems are seperate systems but share a common reservoir.
